比例減壓閥:壓降從50兆帕至于1.6兆帕,可以調(diào)節(jié)排泄壓力。
比例減壓閥工作原理:
導(dǎo)閥的開(kāi)啟都是利用頂部的調(diào)節(jié)螺栓順時(shí)針?lè)较驍Q動(dòng),使彈簧縮產(chǎn)生的彈力,使導(dǎo)閥膜片向下凹陷,作用在導(dǎo)閥連桿上的力,使之向下位移打開(kāi)導(dǎo)閥。當(dāng)導(dǎo)閥開(kāi)啟后,上游進(jìn)汽管段A腔的蒸汽通過(guò)α通道(供汽調(diào)節(jié)通道),經(jīng)過(guò)導(dǎo)閥進(jìn)入導(dǎo)閥環(huán)形汽腔,由β通道直接送到下面的活塞汽缸上腔。在A腔蒸汽不斷的供給下,壓力持續(xù)升高,推動(dòng)活塞下行打開(kāi)主閥,這時(shí)蒸汽源源不斷從A腔流至B腔。當(dāng)下游出口管段B腔負(fù)荷滿足的情況下,余多的蒸汽又使B腔內(nèi)的壓力不斷升高。不斷升高的壓力通過(guò)γ通道(壓力感應(yīng)通道)反饋到導(dǎo)閥膜片下腔,使導(dǎo)閥膜片向上突起,克服了上部調(diào)節(jié)彈簧的壓力,導(dǎo)閥被關(guān)小或關(guān)閉。從而,關(guān)小或關(guān)閉來(lái)自上游α通道的蒸汽源。當(dāng)活塞汽缸上腔壓力下降時(shí),在下面復(fù)位彈簧的作用下,主閥被關(guān)小或關(guān)閉,這時(shí)B腔內(nèi)的壓力開(kāi)始下降,這樣周而復(fù)始達(dá)到調(diào)壓的目的。

比例式減壓閥 閥門(mén)利用閥體內(nèi)部活塞兩端截面積不同產(chǎn)生的壓力差,改變閥后的壓力達(dá)到減壓的目的,比例準(zhǔn)確,工作平穩(wěn),壽命長(zhǎng),適用溫度高,既可減動(dòng)壓,又可減靜壓,水平、垂直安裝均可。
比例式減壓閥,外形美觀,質(zhì)量可靠,比例準(zhǔn)確,工作平穩(wěn),既減動(dòng)壓也減靜壓。 該閥利用閥體內(nèi)部活塞兩端不同載面積產(chǎn)生的壓力差,改變閥后的壓力,達(dá)到減壓目的。比例式減壓閥的減壓比例是:2∶1,3∶1,4∶1,3∶2,5∶2等,亦可根據(jù)要求設(shè)計(jì)特殊比例的減壓閥。
比例閥當(dāng)在閥后管網(wǎng)上無(wú)用水時(shí)閥門(mén)關(guān)閉,閥前后壓力比是定值;當(dāng)閥后管網(wǎng)啟用消火栓或噴頭噴水時(shí),閥前壓力大于閥后壓力,推動(dòng)活塞后移比例式減壓閥打開(kāi),閥后管網(wǎng)壓力隨流量的增加而降低(符合流量-壓力特性曲線),直至達(dá)到平衡位置,活塞停止移動(dòng)。 當(dāng)閥后管網(wǎng)停止用水時(shí)由于活塞后端壓強(qiáng)升高,比例式減壓閥活塞失去平衡狀態(tài)而前移,比例式減壓閥關(guān)閉。一般選擇比例式減壓閥是使設(shè)計(jì)流量在流量-壓力特性曲線的直線段上,這樣閥后壓力與閥前壓力仍呈比例關(guān)系。
